Spoke to another person in resolution dept 8/24/22 and told him I was told I'd be given a full refund (everything.install, tax, haul-away, etc) and he says he can't do that because all the refunds that are possible have been given. One supervisor (on 8/14/22) told me I would get a full refund. They all have something different to say.
