We are not responsible for any customs fees charged. You are responsible for paying any assessed customs fees upon receipt. Laws vary by country, so it depends on your country’s regulations. We will always recommend customers choose Fedex or UPS, as our ability to track and timely delivery is much more reliable than the USPS. If not, please let us know and we’ll do our best to track it down. In many countries, you can give them your tracking/package number and they can tell you if it’s in their system or not. If this happens, first, check with your country’s local customs office. While most international packages show up within a week or two, we have seen some take as long as six to eight weeks if they get stuck in customs. If your order ships to an incorrect address and is not retrievable, unfortunately we are not responsible and cannot offer reimbursement.
We’ll reach out to you to coordinate your options before re-shipping. Refund you for the products less the original shipping charges. If you decide to cancel your order instead, we’ll If your order ships and ends up being returned to us, then you are responsible for paying the cost of shipping again to resend it to you.

Sometimes our mail pickup comes in early afternoon, so tracking for orders shipped later that day may not update until the following business day. We ship five days a week, Monday through Friday. In rare times of exceptionally high volume, it may take up to 2-3 days. We welcome orders in almost all countries, as long as USPS, UPS and/or FedEx currently ships there.īesides where indicated above, we aim to have your order out by the same or the next business day.
We cannot ship FedEx orders to a PO box address or to U.S. Not all methods are available in all countries. Note: these rates do not include customs fees and/or taxes required by the importing country. We will respond within 24 hours with exact cost to ship to your country for the items you select. The cost of shipping is based on the value (for insurance) and dimensional weight of your order.
